  • Provide financial data verification and integrity infrastructure
  • Generate audit-ready evidence and documentation
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send technical notices and support messages

We do not use your financial data to train models or for any purpose beyond providing verification services.

3. Data Security

We implement bank-grade security measures to protect your financial data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is controlled through role-based permissions. All verification operations are logged in immutable audit trails.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted infrastructure providers for cloud hosting (AWS India) and payment processing. These providers have access only to information necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to maintain confidentiality. We do not share financial data with third parties.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored on secure servers located in India (AWS Mumbai region) and complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000. We retain verification results for the duration of your access period plus 90 days after termination, unless you request earlier deletion or legal obligations require longer retention.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies required for infrastructure access cannot be disabled.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your financial data with third parties. We do not use aggregated or anonymized data for research. Your financial data is used solely for providing verification infrastructure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and update your personal information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt-out of marketing communications
  • Export your data in a portable format

9. Compliance & Legal Basis

We process your data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. For international customers, we comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR where required.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy
