Terms of Service

Platform Scope

Advyo does not replace ERPs or close processes. It functions as an independent financial integrity and verification layer.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using advyo's financial data integrity infrastructure, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

advyo provides financial data integrity infrastructure including:

  • Multi-ERP data validation and verification
  • Financial leakage detection and exposure quantification
  • Audit-ready evidence generation and documentation
  • Independent verification layer for P2P and R2R data

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

4. Payment Terms

Infrastructure access fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes. Refunds are provided according to Section 9.

5. Data Ownership & Confidentiality

You retain ownership of all financial data processed through our infrastructure. We do not use your data to train models or for any purpose beyond providing verification services. Your financial data remains confidential and is not shared with third parties.

6. Infrastructure Availability

We target 99.9% infrastructure availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance. Verification processes are deterministic and reproducible.

7. Limitation of Liability

advyo provides verification infrastructure only. We are not liable for financial decisions made based on verification results. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the advyo infrastructure, including verification algorithms, detection logic, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Karpath Infotech Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the infrastructure during your access period.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel infrastructure access at any time with 30 days notice. Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable. Monthly access fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within the first 14 days of a billing cycle.

10. Termination & Data Export

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you have 90 days to export verification results and evidence packs. All data is permanently deleted after 90 days. We reserve the right to suspend access for terms violations.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. We encourage resolution through good-faith negotiation before legal proceedings.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
