1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using advyo's AI-powered supply chain platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

advyo provides AI-driven supply chain optimization solutions including:

• Demand forecasting and inventory management
• Real-time shipment tracking and visibility
• Risk assessment and automated alerts
• Custom analytics dashboards and reporting

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy available upon request.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into our platform. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and services. Your proprietary business information remains confidential.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

advyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 90 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
